We ship worldwide.
All orders placed on weekdays are processed within 48 hours.
*Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually processed the same day.
Shipping method: BPOST, DHL, DPD or FEDEX.
Once the order is processed by us, the delivery time depends on the carrier (BPOST, DHL, DPD or FEDEX). After ordering, delivery takes place within 4 – 7 days. However, please take into account possible delays.
Shipping costs
Regardless of the order, shipping is free. This applies to all purchases from Japanese Headspa.
Please note:
If you provide a wrong address that prevents delivery or you were not home to receive the package, a 2nd shipping attempt may possibly be charged.

In case of returns within 14 days, please contact us by phone or mail.
You will receive all the necessary information to possibly return your order. Since we sell directly to retailers (b2b), accepting a return is not mandatory.
