Flat Shipping Rate

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of 200 EUR for all orders within the EU.

Order Cut-off Time

  • To ensure timely processing and dispatch, please place your order by 17:00h (Belgian time) on any business day.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after they have been received and payment has been confirmed.

Order Transit Time

  • Once your order has been processed, please allow for a transit time of 3 to 9 business days for it to reach you. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak seasons.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Rendeléskövetés

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

Changes or cancel  to Orders

  • Please ensure that all order details are correct before confirming your purchase. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at info@headspa.be. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@headspa.be. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
