Is the headspa adjustable in height?
The Basic Headspa Edition is a fixed version that is not height or length adjustable. But we do offer as a standard in each headspa Basic height extender which increases the height by 8cm.
The Headspa Premium Edition, on the other hand, offers additional flexibility and comfort. This version is manually height adjustable by feet extenders up to an additional 10 cm and also in length up to 250 cm which facilitates work for professionals and optimizes comfort for clients.
I have a sink/washing faucet in my salon, can I connect the Headspa to it?
Yes you certainly can:
There are 3 elements required to use the Headspa, namely:
– Cold water supply
– Hot water supply
– Drainage
If these 3 items are present in your salon then the Headspa is suitable. Most lavabos, sink or wash taps also have this.
I only have cold water in my salon, can I still use the headspa?
Unfortunately, without warm water, the headspa cannot be used to its full potential. The treatment is designed to work with lukewarm or warm water, which is essential for scalp care and the cleansing process. Using warm water provides a relaxing experience and enhances the effectiveness of the treatment, especially when cleansing the scalp and caring for the hair.
Without hot water, the head spa may not deliver the desired results and the client experience may not be at the desired level. If you don’t have hot water, you should consider providing a hot water solution, such as by purchasing a water heater or other heating appliance.
